Ash has been with M&S for nearly 4 years looking after Regulatory Affairs and has significant manufacturing experience across 15 years Technical and Operations working with the likes of Ferrero, Kraft Heinz, 2 Sisters Food Group, Hilton Foods, Moy Park, Griffith Foods, Humdinger Foods, Pernod Ricard and Bradbury Cheese. Ash holds multiple degrees and post-graduate qualifications in different disciplines include, Food Law, Business Administration and Agriculture and Food Science. Ash is a Chartered Scientist, Registered Food Safety Principle, Chartered Quality Person and a Fellow of RSPH, IFST and ILM and a Member of Chartered Quality Institute.
