As a judge for 'Food Manufacturer' Mat greatly enjoys hearing and being inspired by the diverse range of stories and achievements.

Mat recently joined Warbutons as part of the executive team and is responsible for leading the extensive operations across manufacturing and distribution providing the finest quality bakery products. Warburtons will be celebrating 150 years in 2026 and Mat is honoured to have the opportunity to help support the family to continue the successful growth of the business with innovation in new class leading products.

In addition to his current role Mat has nearly 30 years leadership experience in food manufacturing across mutliple categories including dairy, airline catering, fresh produce and soft drinks.
