CAS Recruitment was born in 1991 in Cyprus and has grown to an international organisation deploying some 7500 skilled Filipino workers all over the world every year. We entered the UK market late in 2021 and in this short time we have become the number one provider of skilled workers from the Philippines, partnering with many of the UK’s leading food producers. With the food production sector facing a crisis all the way from farm to fork, CAS has partnered with clients and over the last 24 months we have delivered over 2000 individuals, from pig and dairy farmers to slaughter and butchering professionals and not forgetting the highly skilled electrical / mechanical engineering that keep the food processing plants going.

Within our Group Companies – 3 are based in the Philippines employing some 100 individuals and each company holding their own individual GLAA licence and here in the UK we are also members of the Association of Labour Providers, holding ourselves to the highest standards.
